THE MILE GREEN HOTEL

The Mile Green Hotel was completed as part of my BA Interior Architecture and Design study at Coventry University.

The Mile Green Hotel is an exceptionally rated four-star hotel, located in Coventry, designed to facilitate both cultural and business tourists who will be visiting Coventry for its City of Culture 2021 award. The current existing hotels within Coventry would not meet the future demand the city would face.

The design of the hotel saw sustainability and design go hand in hand, with multiple sustainable power systems creating a self-sustainable hotel with an extremely low minimal carbon footprint. The interior concept focused on a light, biophilic, and contemporary scheme, creating a relaxing and zen-like atmosphere for the guests.
